Bioinformatics Certificate CERT

Bioinformatics & Computational Biology is an emerging field where biological and computational disciplines converge. The field encompasses the development and application of computational tools and techniques for the collection, analysis, management, and visualization of biological data, as well as modeling and simulation methods for the study of biological systems. Essential to the 21st century life sciences research and key to our understanding of complex biological systems, Bioinformatics & Computational Biology is making an impact upon the science and technology of fields ranging from agricultural, energy and environmental sciences to pharmaceutical and medical sciences.

UD Tuition:

The 2018-19 UD published graduate student tuition rate per credit hour:

Bioinformatics Certificate: $1827

Bioinformatics–PSM: $1,827.00

*UD Deans may offer scholarships in specific programs that may reduce the per credit costs.

Application Deadline:

FALL: Applications accepted up to first week of classes.
SPRING: Applications accepted up to first week of classes.

* International applicants are not eligible to obtain a US student visa solely with an acceptance to a UD Graduate Certificate program. Certificates may be added by full-time matriculated graduate students.
