UD currently offers 51 doctoral and 131 master’s degree programs. Of these programs 14 are dual degrees, 10 interdisciplinary and 18 on-line. Other options include an avenue to complete a traditional four-year bachelor’s program plus a master’s program in one addition year, known as a 4+1 degree (24 are currently available) and 25 certificate programs across our seven colleges and more than 82 research centers and institutes. UD is one of the top 100 institutions for federal obligations in science and engineering and interdisciplinary initiatives in energy science and policy, the environment and in human health.



US News selects physical therapy graduate program No. 1 in nation
The University of Delaware’s graduate physical therapy program has been ranked No. 1 in the nation in the 2018 edition of U.S. News and World Report’s Best Graduate Schools.



U.S. News and World Report’s Best Graduate Schools rankings selects top grad programs
In U.S. News and World Report’s Best Graduate Schools rankings UD’s physical therapy program has been ranked No. 1 in the nation and chemical engineering graduate program is ranked ninth , with College of Engineering overall graduate program ranked 51st . In addition, nine graduate programs are listed among the nation’s top 50 programs in the 2017 edition:

Clinical Psychology doctoral program ranked No. 4 in the nation
The University of Delaware’s doctoral program in clinical psychology has been ranked No. 4 in the nation by the website Best Counseling Degrees. Best Counseling Degrees base their rankings according to four criteria: their graduates’ rates of passing the Examination for Professional Practice of Psychology (EPPP); the percentage of students who obtained accredited internships; the number of graduates who became professionally licensed; and the average number of years to complete the program.


College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Rankings
The University of Delaware’s Agriculture school has been ranked No. 6 in the nation as a general agriculture school by the website Agriculture Schools. University of Delaware was also ranked No. 22 Landscaping & Grounds-keeping School, No. 28 Food Science School, No. 34 Plant Sciences School, and No. 41 Animal Sciences School.


Lerner College MBA program No. 22 in global online rankings
CEO Magazine has ranked the MBA program at the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics in the top tier of MBA programs in North America, and ranked the online MBA program No. 22 in global online MBA rankings.
