The certificate in entrepreneurship & technology innovation serves the needs of graduate students who may wish to launch a startup, work for an emerging technology company or foster innovation for a large enterprise. Students pursuing the certificate will gain valuable knowledge, skills and connections through hands-on experience. Specific learning objectives include: development of an entrepreneurial mindset and learning how to recognize opportunity, generate ideas, validate innovative business models, influence others, lead an entrepreneurial venture and launch and grow new ventures, especially technology-based ventures. Applications to the certificate program will be accepted on a rolling basis.
The University of Delaware published graduate student tuition base rate for graduate credit in 2016-17 is $1,720 per credit hour. UD Deans may offer adjustments to students in specific programs that may reduce the per credit costs.
